                                                       Hello Life!
                                                                        To A Real One…

Hello everyone! Here we are, welcoming a brand new year 2012, saying good-bye to an older one; one that brought a lot of good news, some bad news and some news that never meant anything to us, which just came and passed by. Well, isn’t it a perfect moment to visualize and sense what has been difficult for us to understand for ages, something that every time we try, we find ourselves even more confused? You got it; I am talking about the life, the flow of it, an everlasting one, one that never stops, one that never bound itself, one that keeps on flowing through the ups and downs continuously even if we feel stuck.

This is really a wonderful life, an amazing one; isn’t it, than what is the problem? It is none other than we, who love to mess it up in some way always. Life is meant to be enjoyed, to be sensed, to be lived but somehow we end up dyeing in it for most of the moment then living through it. The problem does not end here; the problem is we have got an amazing talent to get an excuse, an explanation for everything that goes wrong. We are even able to find a reason to prove what went wrong had something good and even a good had something bad in it. Look around us; we have plenty of examples to believe that we are responsible for being mentally fragile.

Life is meant to be free, but the day we get born, we find ourselves bounded, in hell lot of rules, starting with our culture to traditions to relations, emotions and the list goes on. Well, many of you might not agree with me here, but tell me do we really need to define, what we going to follow, or what we going to be like and behave like and all that? We are no robots that could be programmed in anyway one wants it to be, we are a living object that got so well developed body system, that till date we are trying to figure out it’s working mechanism. Then why we need to define every single stuff? Of course we do need certain things to start our life with, we are no wild object. I am not denying of the fact that being a human we are bound to follow certain lines but to what extent. To an extent till it doesn’t look like we are a toy whom someone is playing with or as I said earlier, a robot! If something has to be followed, it should come straight to the heart, we should be able to connect with things that we do, whether it’s our culture, tradition, religion or whatever similar. I know it’s always easier said than done, but I feel this is one reason most of the time in life we feel clueless about what we are doing, and why we doing, and when this happens we try to return to our roots, we go to spiritual places, we meditate, we try to escape from our daily live, just to find out one simple answer, Who are we, what are we doing, and why.

We all know a child can sense and find his or her mother without any help. This is there always; no one needs to label it. Similarly if something is meant to be come, it would come, it would find its way, why should we worry about all the stuff, whom we should love, to whom we should talk, whom we should walk with, what should we eat, whom we should follow, which god to pray and like-wise. A pray cannot be defined, a god cannot be chosen, these are the things that have been taught in all the religious scripts but we have interpreted just the opposite. We do worry, we do label it, and that’s when we start putting ourselves in problem. We talk about time, how it keeps on going, it never waits for anyone, isn’t same is true for life. Yes it is, and same has been said by many of our spiritual leaders, still somehow we keep on missing the point. Of course, to an extent, this is something that cannot be taught, it only could be felt, and wise spiritual leader always tried to give a practical experience of it to their followers instead of trying to teach them. Being a human, so called social animal it’s really hard to get over our emotions, our family, friends and so on the list goes but how many times do we really find logic behind our emotions. I know many of you would be telling emotions are not meant to be logical, I agree but tell me isn’t emotions keep on flowing from time to time. Emotions are never solid, it’s liquid that takes shape of pot we try to fill it in at that moment, whether it’s our family, our friends or whatever. We love someone, a lot but once he is no more there, and our heart knows how to fill it with something else. It always finds someone to fill that place of love, care, sadness etc. We always find something new in our course of life once after another to fall in love with or to show our authority over or just to get connected with. It’s just an automated process. To a surprise we seem to be even known to it, but every-time we say no this is it, this is for me, this was mine, this was meant to be for me and likewise and that’s exactly where the problems start pouring in. All our religious, spiritual texts and scripts are full of similar messages that we read most of time and finish our duty to be a good follower of it. It is another fact that most of time we also do not understand what did we read and why did we never followed it. We just walk by, and walk over. The Gita says we always live in a wrong notion, of course we do, and the moment we stop we start living the life. We think we are the one, who could think better for self, sometimes to a larger extent even for others. We always try to see object through our eyes, in a way that we feel right, and that’s why we say that everyone has their own view but life is not about having a view. Life is about being getting out and above of any view. It’s just about to feel and sense everything as it is. It’s not about being a judge and to choose what is right and wrong, as everything in this world comes with both the sides, with their own heads and tails, ups and down. Actually life is not about choosing ever, it is just about to live.

Not to misunderstand myself as a no-social person or an emotion-less person but why I talked all about this because I find daily plenty of us busy and tired of these same stuff, holding and carrying our lives all through just like an object instead of living through it. Even when with our loved ones, instead of enjoying the moment we keep on worrying about stuff that might come later or happen next day. C’mon, why not to enjoy that moment that we have got to spend with our beloved if any, or if not with then at least with self. We are no god who could see the future, we never know what going to happen very next moment (though we keep on predicting and looking after astrology to know about) Life is too small to worry about number of stuff, we can never chose what is best for us, but we do can live a best life available to us. Being prepared to be in a better life next day is not bad, it’s our duty to keep on trying to be better and bring better to everyone around us but not without living through the moment we are in right now, one that would never return, and say even bye, one that would never give us a chance to regret about if we lose it to another. So live it, enjoy it, it is your life, which is meant to be better and brighter. Cheers.

Sometimes we can be better connected just by being disconnected.

To be continued…

The Meaning Of ‘Aham Brahmashmi’!

I searched for thee
In brightness of sun light
In soothing moon light
In the darkness of night
In blinking stars, small and bright, but
Never found Thee!

Dived into infinitely deep sea
Climbed to top of hills
Went along those singing breeze
Flowed across those dancing streams
Crossed those deadly evil deserts, and
Sneaked past those mysterious forests, but
Never found Thee!

Searched thee, in the idols placed in temples
Searched thee, in chants and holy books
Searched thee, in love and hate
Searched thee, in; what they say, good and bad
Searched thee, in my ego and pride!

Oh Lord! Forgive my insanity
Forgive me that I forgot
There’s nothing called you and me
That always thee has glowed in me, and
I am wrapped in thee
Forgive me that I looked for a separate existence
That never was, or never would be
Forgive me that I could not understand
The meaning of ‘Aham Brahmashmi’!
(Note-'Aham Brahmashmi'  is a holy line mentioned in Vedas that says God and me are same)
